Chocolate Covered Virginia Peanuts Recipe


1 small (6 oz) package semi-sweet chocolate chips*
2 1/2 cups  Virginia Redskin Peanuts NO SHELLS


(1) In a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips over medium heat.

(2) Add the peanuts and stir until well coated.

(3) Drop the peanuts onto waxed paper and use a fork to separate as desired.

(4) Place in refrigerator for 45 minutes. Enjoy!

*Also works with dark chocolate, milk chocolate or white chocolate chips. For a different taste, try combining flavored chips (such as butterscotch) with the chocolate chips.
