How do I cancel or change my completed online order?
Once you submit your order, if you wish to change your original order such as add items, delete items, shipping dates or cancel your original order, please email us immediately at info@royaloakpeanuts.com or call 800-608-4590 and include your order number. **Please note: That in some cases, your original order may have already been processed and shipped before notification of cancellation and we may not be able to help you further at that point.

 

Is my online purchase subject to any sales taxes?
You are subject to a 2.5% Virginia sales tax on all items purchased if you are shipping items ordered to Virginia or if you live in Virginia. Otherwise, we do not charge any other sales taxes.

 

What is the shelf life your products?
All vacuum-sealed tins have a shelf life of 6 to 9 months. Raw peanuts can be stored indefinitely if kept in a dry cool location. Bagged products have a shelf life of 4 to 6 weeks. In-shell products in plastic bags and burlap bags have a shelf life of 12 weeks.

 

How should chocolate products be stored?
Chocolate should be stored at approximately 70 degrees or cooler and kept in a dry location.

 

How are returns handled?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason please return the merchandise within 7 days for a replacement or full refund of your purchase price not including your original shipping charges. Discrepancies reported after this time will not be addressed. Report any damaged packaging to the carrier immediately and save all packing materials (boxes, etc) for carrier follow-up. All return products must be shipped freight prepaid. If you are unsure of what to do please contact us.

 

When is my credit card charged?
Your card is charged at the time of purchase.

 

When should holiday orders be placed?
Orders should be placed early to ensure on-time delivery & availability of products. Please allow 7-14 days for processing. ***Important: Shipping & delivery of products may take longer during the holiday season due to inclement weather & heavy volume during this period.

 

Do I use my credit card address as the billing address?
Yes. Billing address should be the same as your credit card address.

 

How long are your prices valid?
Prices are effective October 1, 2002 and are subject to change.

 

What if a product becomes unavailable?
We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value should a product become unavailable.

 

Is there a charge for an incorrect address?
Yes. Carriers charge $11.00 for each incorrect address. Please verify that all addresses are correct. These charges will be passed along to you.
